The man who plays The Mountain from “Game of Thrones” confirmed what we all largely suspected — he is officially the strongest man in all of Europe.

The “Game of Thrones” star, Hafþór Júlíus “Thor” Björnsson, was crowned Europe’s Strongest Man at the weightlifting competition that was held earlier this month. The massive Icelandic man stands at 6-foot-9, 400 pounds, and won four out of six strength competitions en route to winning the title.

The strongman was impressive throughout all of the challenges, but his best highlight of the day came after the Atlas stone event.

Björnsson ripped off his shirt and rattled off a line that could be used next season on the hit HBO series, yelling ““I am the future of strength! The King of the Stones!” into a microphone and terrifying a reporter in the process.
