Contrary to popular opinion, Packers-Seahawks wasn’t the only football game on television Thursday night. There also was one college game — a matchup between Arizona and Texas-San Antonio that turned out well for every Wildcats player but one.
That unfortunate soul was Arizona safety William Parks, whom 5-foot-6 UTSA receiver Josiah Monroe decleated with a massive — but clean — block.
The hit came during an eventful first half that featured 36 total points and four lead changes. Things settled down after halftime, and two third-quarter field goals were enough to seal a 26-23 Arizona win.
