Detroit Lions linebacker Stephen Tulloch won’t be celebrating any more sacks this season.

The team confirmed Monday that Tulloch will not play again this year after suffering a torn ACL during Sunday’s 19-7 win over the Green Bay Packers. He injured himself while celebrating a sack of Aaron Rodgers in the first quarter.

Tulloch appeared to start a celebration of the “Discount Double Check” variety to mark the feat, but fell to the ground in pain immediately. He attempted to return to the field on the next series, but left the game after just one play.

The veteran had appeared in 131 consecutive games without an injury.
