Report: Patriots Work Out Former Jets Tight End Konrad Reuland, Five Others

NFL: Preseason-Philadelphia Eagles at New York JetsThe New England Patriots updated their rolodex of available free agents on Thursday.

The Patriots worked out tight end Konrad Reuland and defensive backs Bacarri Rambo, Justin Green, Trevin Wade, Keon Lyn and Kimario McFadden, a source told ESPN’s Field Yates on Thursday.

Reuland, a Stanford product, spent the 2012 and 2013 seasons with the New York Jets. He was placed on injured reserve on Nov. 19, 2013, after hurting his knee.

Rambo was a sixth-round draft pick by the Washington Redskins in 2013. The Georgia product was waived by the Redskins on Sept. 16.

Green was with the Patriots during training camp before being traded to the Dallas Cowboys for defensive tackle Ben Bass. Green was waived during final roster cuts.

Wade was drafted in the seventh round out of Arizona by the Cleveland Browns in 2012. He spent last season with the New Orleans Saints.

Lyn, who spent training camp with the Indianapolis Colts, and McFadden, who was with the Atlanta Falcons over the summer, both went undrafted in 2014.
