Shakur Daniel, a 15-year-old native of Toronto, is already being compared to one of the biggest young names in basketball.

USA TODAY proclaimed Daniel “the next Andrew Wiggins,” which might not be too far off based on their Canadian background, pure basketball ability and size. Daniel is a 6-foot-4 high school freshman shooting guard, and doctors say he could grow as tall as 6-8.

Daniel reportedly plans to play high school basketball in the United States, as Wiggins did, to play against the best competition and gain the most exposure. Watch out, Class of 2018.
