MLB: Boston Red Sox at Baltimore OriolesWhat would the MLB playoffs be without a little David Ortiz?

Although the Boston Red Sox slugger didn’t have a chance to play in October this season, the postseason king still can give his two cents on this year’s World Series, as FOX Sports added Ortiz to their World Series pregame and postgame shows.

Big Papi will join Cleveland Indians first baseman Nick Swisher, former teammate and fellow World Series champion Gabe Kapler, and Hall of Famer Frank Thomas for the first two games of the network’s World Series broadcasts.

Games 1 and 2 will be live from Kauffman Stadium, where the Kansas City Royals will face either the San Francisco Giants or St. Louis Cardinals on Oct. 21 and Oct. 22. The Giants led the National League Championship Series 3-1 entering Thursday night’s Game 5.
