Madison Bumgarner Drinks Beer Like A Human After World Series Win (Photo)

Madison Bumgarner didn’t slug seven beers, throw back a case or call upon a truck.

Bumgarner, whose beer-drinking escapades became a big deal this postseason, took a more conservative approach Wednesday night after the San Francisco Giants defeated the Kansas City Royals in Game 7 of the World Series.

Bumgarner chugged four beers at once after pitching a shutout in the Giants’ wild card game win over the Pittsburgh Pirates. He one-upped himself following San Francisco’s NLDS win over the Washington Nationals, and then brought things to a whole new level after the Giants’ NLCS victory over the St. Louis Cardinals by crushing six beers at once.

Obviously, the bar was set high going into the Fall Classic. Bumgarner continued rolling on the field, capping his October with an MVP performance. But rather than again pushing the limits of alcohol consumption, Bumgarner did what he deserved to do.

Bumgarner enjoyed a cold one — at least if the following photo is any indication.
