Madison Bumgarner’s beer-chugging is reaching new heights.
Bumgarner, who famously chugged four beers at once following the San Francisco Giants’ wild card game win over the Pittsburgh Pirates, slammed down five brews together following Tuesday’s National League Division Series victory over the Washington Nationals.
Bumgarner really wasn’t messing around this time, either. Round 1 involved a couple of Bud Lights and a couple of Budweisers. Round 2 saw the All-Star pitcher throw back five 16-ounce Bud Heavies like it was no big whoop.
Tuesday’s debauchery might only be a pregame for if/when the Giants take down the St. Louis Cardinals in the National League Championship Series to advance to the World Series. The clubbies should stash an extra sixer at AT&T Park just in case.
