Chandler JonesFOXBORO, Mass. — The status of four New England Patriots starting defenders is up in the air for Sunday night’s matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Linebackers Jamie Collins (thigh) and Dont’a Hightower (knee), defensive end Chandler Jones (shoudler) and cornerback Alfonzo Dennard (shoudler) were limited in practice and are listed as questionable in Friday’s practice participation and injury report. Reserve defensive lineman Dominique Easley, who also is questionable, was added to the injury report Friday with a knee ailment.

Rookie offensive lineman Cameron Fleming and safety/special teamer Nate Ebner have been ruled out for Friday’s game with finger injuries. Rob Gronkowski was a full participant in practice this week and is probable for Sunday’s game.

Fleming’s injury means the Patriots must shake up their starting offensive line again this week. Fleming started at right guard in Monday night’s 41-14 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
