NCAA Football: Kansas at BaylorBaylor quarterback Bryce Petty took a page out of Bill Belichick’s playbook during his latest postgame news conference.

Following the Bears’ huge 60-14 win over Kansas, the quarterback only had one thing on his mind: next weekend’s game against Oklahoma. Like Belichick was “on to Cincinnati,” Petty was “ready for OU,” answering all six of the questions he was asked with some form of that response.

Check out a transcript of Petty’s repetitive presser, via The Dallas Morning News, below.

Q. Did you start feeling a little better as the game went on?

We’re just ready for OU.

Q. Seems like you guys had trouble finishing drives, is something just not clicking at the moment?

Nope, just ready for OU.

Q. Are you ready for OU?

Just ready for OU, yup.

Q. What worked on that pass for Corey? Did he create that?

Just ready for OU.

Q. What are some of the positives you take from this game?

You gotta win. Ready for OU.

Q. What’s the reason for your frustration?

Not frustrated. Just ready for OU.

Belichick would be nothing but proud.

No. 13 Baylor travels to Norman, Okla., this weekend where they’ll take on the Sooners, but until then, Petty will continue to be ready for OU.
