It seems like Brandon Marshall wants to show the world he still has plenty of fight in him, even if his struggling Chicago Bears do not.

The vocal wide receiver engaged in a Twitter war with a Detroit Lions fan Thursday after Marshall was reminded of comments he made about the Lions being the Bears’ “little brother” in 2013.

Marshall took exception and challenged the Lions fan to a boxing fight. He even offered him $5,000 to accept his deal.

Cooler heads eventually prevailed, and there wasn’t a fight (or so we think).

Marshall’s best course of action at this point probably would be to log off Twitter and help the Bears win at home for the first time this season Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings.
