NFL: New England Patriots at Green Bay PackersGREEN BAY, Wis. — It takes a special wide receiver to beat Darrelle Revis for a long touchdown — and perhaps a sneaky one, at that.

Revis said Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson pushed off on his 45-yard touchdown to end the first half, sending the New England Patriots to the locker room hanging their heads. Revis made sure to note that Nelson’s play wasn’t out of the ordinary.

“He got a little separation with a push-off, but that’s the game within the game,” Revis said. “You know, it is what it is. We’re going to take this loss on the chin and go back to the drawing board and correct what we need to correct.

“That’s the game within the game. Push-off, not push-off, call or no call, you gotta play.”

Revis said he wasn’t going to use Nelson’s push-off as an excuse for giving up the play, which was key in the Patriots’ 26-21 loss to the Packers.

Watch the play below to decide for yourself whether Nelson pushed off. It looks like he might have put a forearm in Revis’ chest before making the catch.
