We now know that the volley James Rodriguez scored for Colombia at the 2014 FIFA World Cup was no fluke.

Rodriguez, 23, scored another ridiculously good volleyed goal Saturday. This time, Rodriguez scored for his club, Real Madrid, in its 4-0 win over Granada in La Liga (Spanish first division).

Visiting Real Madrid was up 1-0 in the 31st minute when striker Karim Benzema flicked a pass to Rodriguez, who was in the top corner of Granada’s penalty area. Instead of controlling the ball and doing something else, as any other player would do, Rodriguez proved that he isn’t like any other player with this volley.

Rodriguez scored another goal in the 87th minute — by tapping in Cristiano Ronaldo’s pass from close range — to take his season tally to four in 10 games.

Real Madrid now has won seven straight games and moved into first place in the La Liga standings. Real Madrid hosts Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday.
