For just one small payment of $6 million, you could purchase professional golfer Phil Mickelson’s home.

Mickelson and his wife have once again put their Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., estate on the market. The couple has put the 5-acre, single-story property on sale twice before: in 2008 for $12.2 million and most recently in 2013 for $6.5 million.

The beautiful household is worth every penny. A few features worth noting are its five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, chef’s kitchen, three-hole putting green and gorgeous pool.

Mickelson, 44, has earned over $81 million during his golfing career, so he likely won’t have trouble finding a new place to call home.
