Tom Brady: Rob Gronkowski’s One-Handed Catch One Of Greatest I’ve Seen

Rob Gronkowski, Tom BradyTom Brady knows a thing or two about sensational catches.

Over the years, the New England Patriots quarterback has been blessed with some talented receivers who have made some incredible grabs. One catch in Sunday’s game, however, immediately jumped toward the top of the list.

Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski made a ridiculous one-handed catch in the third quarter of the team’s blowout win over the Denver Broncos. Brady was one of those most impressed by Gronk’s grab.

“I think that’s one of the greatest catches I’ve ever seen, without a doubt,” Brady said Monday morning on WEEI radio. “He’s running across the field, catches the ball with his left hand in the middle of the field in traffic. … I’ve never seen anything like it.”

There’s no denying Gronk is back to full strength after his 2013 season came to a premature end with a knee injury. He turned in another dominant performance with nine catches for 105 yards and one touchdown.

“He’s a spectacular player,” Brady raved. “He’s matured so much.”
