Kevin Sumlin is staying put.

The Texas A&M head coach has recently drawn interest from several NFL teams, but he has informed them all he will be staying with the Aggies, ESPN.com reports, citing team and league sources. While it is unclear which teams were interested, the Atlanta Falcons, Chicago Bears, New York Jets and San Francisco 49ers all have head-coaching vacancies.

Sumlin is signed at A&M through the 2019 season. His current contract states if he were to leave before 2016, he would have to pay $5 million to get out of the deal, according to ESPN.

Sumlin recently wrapped up his third season with the school, going 8-5 on the year and winning the Liberty Bowl 45-37 over West Virginia. Sumlin, who went 35-17 during four seasons at the helm of Houston, boasts a career 28-11 mark with the Aggies.
