NASCAR: Pure Michigan 400Someday, the Kurt Busch story might end as one of the greatest movies of all time.

While there’s nothing funny about the domestic abuse allegations the NASCAR driver faces, the story took a bizarre turn of events with Busch’s testimony Tuesday.

The driver is accused of smashing his ex-girlfriend’s head against a wall. During his testimony Tuesday, Busch said Patricia Driscoll is a trained assassin.

“Everybody on the outside can tell me I’m crazy, but I lived on the inside and saw it firsthand,” Busch said during testimony, according to The Associated Press.

Busch also alleged Driscoll was dispatched on covert missions around the world and once returned home with blood on a gown.

Driscoll shot down the accusations, calling them “ludicrous,” according to the AP.

Busch told a story Tuesday recalling one time Driscoll supposedly left in camoflauge gear and returned later in the day wearing a trench coach over a gown covered in blood. He also claims she used to show him pictures of bodies with gunshot wounds.

Also according to Busch, Driscoll once claimed a character in the movie “Zero Dark Thirty” — a film about the assassination of Osama Bin Laden — was modeled after her.

Driscoll flat-out denied those claims, too.

“These statements made about being a trained assassin, hired killer, are ludicrous and without basis and are an attempt to destroy my credibility,” Driscoll told The Associated Press in a phone interview Tuesday night. “Not even (Busch’s attorney) Rusty Hardin believes this.”
