Two to three inches of snow in New England registers as a “dusting.” In Baltimore, it’s apparently reason for massive traffic gridlock and trash talking.

With light snowfall hitting the Boston area Tuesday, the Baltimore Ravens took to Twitter to boast about their own (slightly) heavier snowfall on the same day. Posting a Vine of their snow-covered practice field, the Ravens trolled the Patriots with, “Our snow beats your snow.”

While it’s true Baltimore topped New England in the precipitation department Tuesday, Baltimoreans might want to hold off on the smack talk. Those two to three inches brought “widespread accidents,” cars and buses became stuck on hills with “relatively low-grade inclines” and a teenager suffered a critical injury related to the road conditions despite a State Highway Administration spokeswoman calling the roads “pretty clear,” according to the Baltimore Sun.

So, congratulations, Baltimore. You got a bit more snow than we did. Next step is figuring out how not to freak out about it.
