Malcolm Butler ‘Intercepts’ Grammy Envelope With Julian Edelman’s Help (Video)

Malcolm Butler made another great interception just one week after winning Super Bowl XLIX.

Well, sort of.

The New England Patriots cornerback went to the Grammys on Sunday with teammate and wide receiver Julian Edelman, and the two helped actor Josh Duhamel present the award for “Best Rock Album.” Things got a little silly.

If you didn’t notice, the apparently nervous Butler needed a little nudge from Edelman before making the “play.” Edelman also tried to help him out when he missed his line earlier in the presentation.

In all fairness, though, you’d probably be pretty terrified if you were in Butler’s shoes. Before last week, he was just an undrafted rookie with no big plays to his name, and now, he’s a Super Bowl hero. He likely didn’t expect to be at the Grammys handing an award to Beck in front of millions of viewers then.
