If there’s ever a movie made about Bill Belichick, perhaps Tom Hanks could be a candidate for the leading role.

The world-famous actor went on “The Late Show With David Letterman” on Friday night, and he showed off his incredible range when the topic of Belichick and the NFL came up.

Hanks explained he and his sons like to play a game he calls “head coach as stepdad” when watching the NFL on TV. Hanks’ explanation opened the door for some incredible impressions, including spot-on takes of Belichick and Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan. The best impressions, however, might have been Hanks’ looks at New York Giants coach Tom Coughlin and Hall of Fame coach Jimmy Johnson.
