Liverpool must wait nearly one month before learning whether it will play at Wembley Stadium at all this season.

England’s Football Association announced Tuesday that Liverpool will face Blackburn Rovers on April 8 at Ewood Park in a replay of the teams’ FA Cup quarterfinal, according to LiverpoolFC.com. The Liverpool-Blackburn replay will kick off at 2:45 p.m. ET.

Liverpool and Blackburn played to a goal-less draw Sunday at Anfield, and the teams will play again to determine which side will advance to the semifinal, which will take place at Wembley Stadium in London.

The FA drew the Liverpool-Blackburn winner against Aston Villa in one FA Cup semifinal. That game will take place either on April 18 or April 19 at Wembley Stadium. Arsenal will face either Bradford City or Reading in the other semifinal.

The FA Cup final will be played May 30 — Steven Gerrard’s 35th birthday. Liverpool is desperate to win the competition, allowing Gerrard to lift the trophy in one of his last public acts as club captain.
