There might be no crying in baseball, but the same can’t be said for band members at the NCAA Tournament.
Following No. 1 Villanova’s shocking loss to NC State on Saturday in the Round of 32, TBS cameras locked in on quite possibly the saddest Wildcats fan in the stadium. The poor soul took the upset hard, as the member of the Nova band was caught playing her piccolo with tears streaming down her face.
So, naturally her March Sadness went viral.
It was a tough day for the young fan, dealing with the crushing defeat and becoming an Internet sensation all in the same night, but she did manage to wipe away the tears long enough to chime in on Twitter about her unwavering love for her Wildcats.
