UPDATE (3:34 p.m.): Shane Victorino has been scratched from the Boston Red Sox’s lineup vs. the Baltimore Orioles Saturday with “sore ribs,” according to The Boston Globe’s Peter Abraham. Daniel Nava will replace Victorino, batting seventh and playing right field.

ORIGINAL STORY: Shane Victorino is back in the Boston Red Sox lineup Saturday after what looked like a very painful crash into the right field wall Friday night. Victorino initially stayed in the game, but eventually was pinch hit for by Daniel Nava.

Mookie Betts will be the only Boston regular out of the lineup when the Sox take the field against the Baltimore Orioles Saturday. Betts gets the afternoon off in the midst of a 2-for-13 slump since Monday’s impressive four-RBI performance in the Fenway Park home opener. Brock Holt leads off and gets the nod in center field in his stead.

The Red Sox look to rebound after only mustering four hits Friday night, including a whopping 0-for-12 from the top four batters in the lineup. Every member of the starting lineup did manage to reach base in the Red Sox’s walkoff win, however, by way of seven walks from Orioles pitching. Nava was the only Red Sox to play and not reach base, as he was retired in his only at-bat of the night.

On the mound, Clay Buchholz (1-1, 7.84 ERA) looks to rebound after a difficult outing last week in New York against the Yankees. He makes his 2015 Fenway Park debut. Baltimore looks to Chris Tillman (1-1, 7.71 ERA) to right the ship. First pitch is set for 4:05 p.m.
