Get this: One of the NBA’s best 3-point shooters is really good at shooting 3-pointers when no one is guarding him.

NBA MVP front-runner Stephen Curry is having one of the best shooting seasons in recent memory, so it should come as no surprise when he puts on an other-worldly shooting performance in any gym.

At Golden State Warriors practice Tuesday, however, Curry turned in an impressive performance even by his lofty standards. According to ESPN.com, the shooting guard hit 77 consecutive 3-pointers. Seventy-seven. That’s insane. Additionally, Curry — who told ESPN that his 77 consecutive makes is a new personal record — hit 94 of the 100 3-pointers he took during the practice session.

Curry’s shooting performance really shouldn’t come as much surprise. He leads the NBA in 3-pointers made this season, holding a 50-make lead over teammate Klay Thompson.
