So much for all that “rematch” talk.

A few days after saying he’d be interested in fighting Manny Pacquiao a second time, Floyd Mayweather apparently has changed his mind.

The boxer told Showtime on Thursday that he will not grant Pacquiao a rematch because “(Pacquiao) is a sore loser and he’s a coward.”

Mayweather defeated Pacquiao on Saturday night by unanimous decision in what was billed as the “Fight of the Century.” It later was revealed that Pacquiao fought with a severe shoulder injury that required surgery and will sideline him for the next nine to 12 months.

The undefeated Mayweather, whose professional record now stands at 48-0, also zinged his defeated opponent by suggesting in a FightHype.com interview that Pacquiao fight on the undercard of one of his upcoming bouts.

“I look forward to Pacquiao fighting on the undercard,” Mayweather said. “… We could fight on pay-per-view on a doubleheader. I think we both can make some good money. He can fight somebody solid, I can fight somebody solid.”
