People really don’t like Floyd Mayweather.
The undefeated boxer already had plenty of detractors due to his history of domestic violence, and he didn’t gain many more fans after charging folks $100 for his May 2 “fight of the century” against Manny Pacquiao, which turned out to be 12 rounds of boring, defensive boxing.
So when Mayweather popped up on the Jumbotron during Game 5 of the Golden State Warriors and Memphis Grizzlies’ second-round playoff matchup Wednesday, the fans at Oracle Arena told him how they really felt.
Mayweather laughed off the boo-birds, but that probably won’t stop him from hearing them a lot more in the future.
