Jimmy Kimmel had a more interesting weekend than you.

The late-night host, who earned a coveted spot in Manny Pacquiao’s entourage during his fight against Floyd Mayweather on Saturday night, opened up on Monday’s show about his somewhat awkward, mostly hilarious experience.

Kimmel had Pacquiao on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” in the days leading up to the bout and he asked the boxer if he could be his “Justin Bieber” at the Fight of the Century. Fast forward to the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas over the weekend, and there of course was Kimmel, walking out behind Pacquaio dressed in his Bieber best: “gold chains and a stupid hat.”

From the surprise selfie to the awkward one-on-one encounter with Pacquiao just moments before the bout, Kimmel explained in hilarious fashion what it was like to be in Pac-Man’s crew.

Kimmel wasn’t a good-luck charm for Pacquiao, unfortunately, but if we’re lucky, he’ll get a chance to redeem himself if there is indeed a rematch early next year.
