Tiger Woods has had a rough time trying to make waves on the PGA Tour since undergoing back surgery last March, and his U.S. Open performance last week only amplified that.

Woods missed the cut in the tournament after shooting an 80 in the first round and a 76 in the second round. And while the 14-time major winner likely wants to forget about it, “Tonight Show” host Jimmy Fallon wasn’t about to let that happen.

Fallon congratulated U.S. Open winner Jordan Spieth in his opening monologue Monday, and he also took a dig at Woods while “congratulating” him, too.

“I want to say congrats to Tiger Woods, who found an old locket while he was retrieving his ball from the lake,” Fallon said. “It could be worth money, who knows?”

But if it’s any consolation to Woods, Fallon also poked fun at all golf fans in a joke about Spieth’s 21 years of age.

“You can tell (Spieth is) young because he’s never heard of any of the products advertised during golf tournaments,” Fallon said.
