Bill Belichick might soon be looking for new offensive and defensive coordinators.

New England Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels and defensive coordinator Matt Patricia both made TheMMQB.com’s list of 32 potential future NFL head coaches. McDaniels ranked second on the list, while Patricia was 27th.

TheMMQB.com’s Robert Klemko asked 24 “respected football minds” to compile the list. The Patriots were one of six teams to have to assistants on the list. The Seattle Seahawks led the way with three assistant coaches.

Chicago Bears offensive coordinator Adam Gase finished first. Former Belichick staffers Jim Schwartz and Eric Mangini also cracked the list while Dean Pees and Rob Ryan missed the cut.

McDaniels has been linked to open jobs with the Cleveland Browns, Atlanta Falcons and San Francisco 49ers in recent years. He served as the Denver Broncos’ head coach from 2009 to December 2010, when he was fired.
