Sometimes people just do nice things for other people.
That was the case Wednesday night at Fenway Park, where the Boston Red Sox hosted the Baltimore Orioles, and it centered around a foul ball.
Travis Snider hit a slow foul ball down the third-base line off Clay Buchholz, which seemed pretty normal, but it ended up turning into a night-changing event for a little kid. The Fenway Park attendant down the line picked up the foul ball and handed it to what appeared to be a teenage boy sitting along the wall.
He took the ball and quickly looked to give it up to someone in the area. He found his guy, as the kid ended up tossing the ball to the family of an adorable little boy sitting a couple of sections away. The boy’s mother gave him the ball, and the reaction, as you might expect, was priceless.
