The Boston Red Sox have a knack for leaving their fingerprints all over the Major League Baseball All-Star Game.

Several Red Sox players have been involved in classic All-Star Game moments over the years, with the most memorable taking place at the 1999 Midsummer Classic at Fenway Park, where Boston legend Ted Williams threw out the ceremonial first pitch and Pedro Martinez earned MVP honors.

The Splendid Splinter and The Dominican Dominator weren’t the only Sox greats to leave their marks, though. Roger Clemens, Manny Ramirez and David Ortiz also made All-Star memories throughout their illustrious careers. In fact, even J.D. Drew joined the fun.

Maybe Brock Holt — Boston’s lone All-Star representative for 2015 — will have something up his sleeve.
