Unlike his quarterback, Rob Gronkowski can boast a nearly perfect rating in “Madden NFL 16.”

The New England Patriots tight end received a rating of 99, which was the highest of any tight end.

“Gronk has three of the top ratings among tight ends with 94 Spectacular Catch, 98 Catch in Traffic, and 95 Release,” EA Sports noted in the rankings. “He adds 94 Catching and 82 SPD/87 ACC/84 JMP/84 SFA. When healthy, there’s nobody better.”

Gronk was rated four points ahead of the Seattle Seahawks’ Jimmy Graham, who came in second among tight ends with a 95. Jason Witten (Dallas Cowboys), Greg Olsen (Carolina Panthers) and Travis Kelce (Kansas City Chiefs) rounded out the top five.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady received a rating of 97, making him the second-highest ranked player at his position. Aaron Rodgers came in first with a perfect 99.

So Gronk now owns some bragging rights over Brady for the upcoming season.
