Molly Huddle did a fine job of running 9,999 meters. One tiny problem, though: The race she was running was 10,000 meters.

The American track and field runner ensured she’ll be on blooper reels for the foreseeable future thanks to one very avoidable gaffe.

Huddle was in position to medal in the final of the 10,000 meters at the world championships over the weekend. She felt comfortable in that position, as she burst into a celebration before crossing the finish line. That was not her best idea, though, as she was passed at the very last second, missing out on a chance to win a medal.

Ouch doesn’t even begin to do it justice.

Her face pretty much said it all, too.

We’ll try not to make too much fun of Huddle for two reasons. One, you can’t make fun of anyone these days without someone getting upset. Two, and more importantly, Huddle ran 10,000 meters in less than 32 minutes, which is still ridiculously impressive.
