The New England Patriots would like nothing more than to move away from Deflategate, but as of Thursday afternoon, one memento from the game that kicked off the firestorm had yet to be removed from Gillette Stadium.
As NESN analyst Matt Chatham, a former Patriots linebacker, pointed out on Twitter, the list of game officials from last season’s AFC Championship Game still hung in the stadium’s broadcast booth hours before New England hosted the Green Bay Packers in its 2015 preseason opener.
