Michael Jordan went up against plenty of trash talkers in his day, but the biggest one of all might come as a surprise.
During a question-and-answer session at the 20th annual Michael Jordan Flight School in Santa Barbara, Calif., campers grilled Jordan with questions, including one about the biggest trash talker he faced.
His answer? Former Boston Celtics forward Larry Bird.
“He talks a lot of trash — good trash, not dirty trash,” Jordan said of his formal rival.
Jordan also was asked Saturday night if he would take Dean Smith or Phil Jackson, if the all-time Chicago Bulls would beat the all-time Los Angeles Lakers and if he would beat LeBron James in his prime.
