Patriots Training Camp Attendance: Julian Edelman Limited In Return

FOXBORO, Mass. — The New England Patriots regained some much needed health during their off day.

Wide receiver Julian Edelman and defensive tackle Alan Branch were in full pads for Monday’s practice but weren’tĀ full participants. Wide receivers Matthew Slater and Brian Tyms also were in full pads but wore red non-contact jerseys. Defensive tackle Malcom Brown was back in practice as a full participant.

Wide receivers Aaron Dobson and Brandon LaFell; running backs LeGarrette Blount, Dion Lewis, Tyler Gaffney and Travaris Cadet; linebackers Eric Martin, Darius Fleming, Dane Fletcher and Chris White; offensive linemen Marcus Cannon, Ryan Wendell, Bryan Stork and Caylin Hauptmann; defensive linemen Joe Vellano and Chris Jones, and tight end Scott Chandler didn’t practice for the Patriots.

Lewis, Martin and Fleming wore uniforms but no pads during warmups, then left the field and didn’t practice. Fletcher, Chandler and Wendell were spotted at practice but didn’t participate.

New quarterback Ryan Lindley was on the field, wearing No. 7. The Patriots alsoĀ signed running back Tony Creecy, who wore No. 25 at practice.

Offensive lineman Nate Solder left the field on his own early in practice and didn’t return.
