UFC president Dana White had fans salivating at the thought of a mega-card in December when he teased a Ronda Rousey-Miesha Tate rematch on the same card as Conor McGregor and Jose Aldo’s featherweight unification bout.

Unfortunately, it’s not happening — and neither is a fight with Cris “Cyborg” Justino.

White told UFC.comĀ a rematch between Rousey and Tate has not been scheduled, and that Cyborg hadn’tĀ even been offered a fight.

“That fight isn’t going to be on the (Aldo-McGregor) card, for sure,” White said. “If we were going to go to Dallas Cowboys Stadium, that’s another story, but the MGM really wanted the fight and they made a huge effort for it and they got it. And it works out better for us to be in Las Vegas.”

As for Cyborg, a fight between Rousey andĀ the Invicta champion doesn’t appear to be happening any time soon.

“The deal with Cyborg is, we told her to make 135 (pounds) and then we would talk about a fight with Ronda,” White said. “And they haven’t done that. They’re still talking about fighting at 140 (in her next fight in Invicta). What is wrong with these people? But we already said that Ronda was fighting Miesha Tate next and that’s what we’re going to do.”
