Ronda Rousey’s Ab Workout Is Very Unique; Just Ask Dana White (Video)

You don’t become one of the world’s most dominant athletes by sitting on the couch.

Ronda Rousey’s workout regimen is intense. UFC president Dana White probably would agree, judging by this clip he tweeted Monday afternoon of Rousey working on her core.

Rousey’s ab workout obviously is a small sample of her fight preparation, yet it’s a perfect representation of how seriously she takes her craft. I’m sore just watching it.

This isn’t to say other mixed martial arts fighters don’t use similar workout techniques. Rousey’s next opponent, Holly Holm, probably has a pretty awesome ab workout, too.

But the results speak for themselves. And Rousey is on another level right now.
