Floyd Mayweather Beats Andre Berto, Still Claims He’ll Retire From Boxing

That now is Floyd Mayweather’s record after he beat Andre Berto in decisive fashion Saturday night at MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas.

Mayweather won by unanimous decision, with judge scores of 120-108, 118-110 and 117-111.

The match stats show just how impressive Mayweather was. He landed 56 percent of his punches and he held Berto to just 83 connects.

The win ties Mayweather with Rocky Marciano at 49-0, and he insisted after the match that he won’t go for 50. Instead, he reiterated his intent to retire.
