You’re not going to believe this, but Sammy Watkins is injured again.

The Buffalo Bills wide receiver returned to action Sunday for a Week 6 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals at Ralph Wilson Stadium. He had missed the previous two games because of a calf injury.

Watkins injured himself late in the second quarter. He was wide open in the end zone, and before Bills quarterback E.J. Manuel could find him, he fell to the ground with an ankle injury. Remarkably, Watkins still made the catch for the score.

His return is questionable, per ESPN Bills reporter Mike Rodak. However, the CBS broadcast showed Watkins using crutches outside the locker room.

UPDATE (6:00 P.M. ET): Bills coach Rex Ryan gave an update on Watkins’ status after the Bills’ 34-21 loss to the Bengals.
