Greg Hardy hasn’t seemed to show any remorse for his actions, and FOX Sports’ Katie Nolan isn’t going to let him or the NFL forget that.

The defensive end returned this week from a four-game suspension for being found guilty — by a county court and by the NFL — of abusing his ex-girlfriend, throwing her onto a pile of assault rifles and threatening to kill her. And with that in mind, some were reasonably angry with comments Hardy made Wednesday.

Hardy said he was ready to come out “guns blazing” after his suspension and then proceeded to talk about how attractive he finds Gisele Bundchen after being asked about quarterback Tom Brady. That was enough for Nolan to rip into Hardy on her show “Garbage Time.”

“Greg Hardy had to pretend to respect women for 12 minutes,” Nolan said at one point. “Just 12 minutes. And he couldn’t even do that. And what’s worse, no one stopped him. They let him go on about girlfriends and guns and posted video about it on DallasCowboys.com because who (expletive) cares right? Women won’t see it.”

Both Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and head coach Jason Garrett brushed off Hardy’s comments. Garrett said Hardy probably was just so excited to play he didn’t pay attention to what he was saying. And Jones basically agreed with Hardy, saying he gained more respect for Brady solely because he married an attractive woman.

That’s why what Nolan has to say is important and why you should watch her video, maybe even a few times.
