Joseph Randle has found trouble again.

The former Dallas Cowboys running back was arrestedĀ outside a casino in Kansas on Tuesday night, TMZ Sports reported. Sources told TMZ Sports that Randle was asked to leave the Kansas Star Casino after having too much to drink. However, as Randle was leaving, he spit on the ground and assaulted a security officer.

A Kansas Gaming and Racing Commission enforcement agent confirmed Randle’s arrest to TMZ Sports and said the former Cowboy did try to fight a security officer. The Sumner County Sheriffā€™s Office told The Dallas Morning News that Randle was arrested and charged with one felony and numerous misdemeanors, and was being held on $25,000 bail.

The charges, according to The Morning News, are Randle has been charged with making a criminal threat (which is felony), assaulting and interfering with a law enforcement officer, battery, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

Randle, 23, was released by the Cowboys earlier this month on the heels of other legal issues. He’s on probation in Texas after being arrested for shoplifting from a department store.

During his time with the Cowboys, Randle was demoted on the team’s depth chart, which led to a reported altercation with the team and the running back storming out of the team facility. He was cut Nov. 3 by the Cowboys before being suspended four games on Nov. 10 for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy.
