Julian Edelman is asking his Twitter followers to help out a family in need.

John Ward and his three children lost their Hampstead, N.H., house and Labradoodle, Harvey, Sunday night in a fire. It already was a tough time for the family after Ward’s wife, Monica, died from cancer in 2014.

The Hampstead community started a GoFundMe page to raise money for the Wards, to which the New England Patriots wide receiver tweeted out a link.

An update on the page says donations have exceeded $60,000. You can help out, too, by checking out the GoFundMe page here.
