Patriots Practice Report: Dominique Easley, Justin Coleman Return

FOXBORO, Mass. — The New England Patriots saw two key defenders return to practice Friday.

Defensive tackle Dominique Easley and cornerback Justin Coleman were present for the start of practice. Easley missed Wednesday and Thursday’s practices with an ankle injury. Coleman hasn’t practiced since Nov. 13. The nickel defensive back hasĀ been dealing with a hand injury since Week 9.

Practice squad cornerback Chris Greenwood also returned to practice after being absent Wednesday and Thursday.

Wide receiver Julian Edelman (foot) and tight end Rob Gronkowski (knee) were the only absences at practice.

The Patriots will release their final injury report around 4 p.m. ET. At that point, we’ll have a better understanding if Easley or Coleman will suit up this week, though it looks unlikely after missing two practices.
