LeSean McCoy’s first season with the Buffalo Bills could be over.

The running back reportedly tore the MCL in his right knee Sunday after taking a hit from Washington Redskins defensive back Dashon Goldson in the third quarter of their matchup, sources told ESPN’s Adam Schefter on Monday. However, McCoy allegedly is considered week-to-week.

McCoy had just 29 yards on 10 rushes before heading to the locker room Sunday. He’s amassed 895 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns this season to go with 292 receiving yards and two receiving touchdowns.

It’s interesting McCoy is considered week-to-week, too, as the Bills are no longer in the hunt. Buffalo was eliminated from playoff contention Sunday after losing to Washington 35-25.
