Rory McIlroy Reportedly Engaged To Girlfriend Erica Stoll (Photos)

Don’t expect Rory McIlroy and Caroline Wozniacki to rekindle the flame anytime soon.

McIlroy, who broke up with Wozniacki in May 2014 after the two already sent out their wedding invitations, recently got engaged to his new girlfriend, Erica Stoll, according to reports. McIlroy and Stoll have been dating for about a year.

Stoll showed off her new ring at an event Thursday in Belfast, Ireland, according to US Weekly. It confirmed speculation that began when McIlroy posted a photo on Instagram of the Eiffel Tower, where the golf star perhaps popped the question during a romantic weekend in Paris.

Wozniacki, unlike McIlroy, hasn’t found someone to spend the rest of her life with yet, though the tennis star has been linked to a few different guys, including Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt, since the former couple’s breakup.

McIlroy and Stoll made their first public appearance together in June, according to E!.
