The Tennessee Titans are on the clock.

The 3-13 Titans secured the No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft on Sunday after a 30-24 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. They tied for the worst record in the league with the Cleveland Browns but had a weaker strength of schedule and therefore won the tiebreaker.
