Sure, it’s only Jan. 3, but the UFC 195 main event might go down as one of the best fights of the year.

Welterweight champion Robbie Lawler retained his title by split decision over challenger Carlos Condit. The scores were 47-48, 48-47 and 48-47 in favor of the champ.
