Bruins-Predators NHL Odds: Boston Road Underdog In Game Vs. Nashville

Boston has enjoyed success during the first four games of their current junket, claiming victory in three of those contests, and takes a solid 5-2 mark over its last seven into Thursday night’s Bruins vs. Predators betting matchup at Bridgestone Arena.
The Bruins have emerged as road warriors this season, compiling a 19-6-3 record away from TD Garden, second only to the Washington Capitals, who have powered to the top of the NHL standings on the strength of a league-best 20 road wins.

Nashville will look to bounce back from a 3-2 loss to the Dallas Stars on Monday, extending a skid that has seen it drop five of its past seven decisions. Despite the slide, the Predators are in the thick of the hunt for a wild-card berth in the Western Conference, along with the Colorado Avalanche, Arizona Coyotes and Minnesota Wild.
The Predators have had the Bruins’ number in recent meetings in Music City, picking up the win in four of their past five matchups, and also came out on top in their most recent clash, a 3-2 victory in Boston back in December.
The Bruins wrap up their road trip Saturday night against the Stars, winners in seven of their past nine, a run that ended a January swoon during which they lost eight of 10. The Stars dropped a 2-1 decision to the St. Louis Blues on Tuesday, and wrap up a three-game road swing against the Arizona Coyotes on Thursday night.
Boston claimed victory in its last two road tilts with the Stars, but Dallas is a solid 4-1 in its past five home dates immediately following a road trip of two or more games.
