Conan O’Brien channeled his inner Cam Newton on Monday night’s episode of “Conan.”
Newton has been criticized since the Denver Broncos emerged victorious in Super Bowl 50 on Sunday, in large because the Carolina Panthers quarterback walked out of his postgame press conference following a few short, depressed, non-informative responses. Conan piled on with a hilarious skit in which he was asked to answer for a bad joke — much like Newton’s bad performance — and yet refused to do so.
Conan looked dejected, sure. But Newton still takes the cake — or the cookie, in this instance — with his extremely moody behavior.
